Tree Surveys

Land owners or managers have a duty of care to ensure that any trees do not cause damage or injury to public, staff or properties. By ensuring that your trees are surveyed at regular intervals and undertaking the recommending work, you will be keeping the risk of causing harm or injury low. Any trees that are near to properties or areas where public or staff have access should be undertaking regular tree inspections.

What is Involved?

Tree inspections involve the assessment of the physiological and the structural condition of trees. Knowing the condition of the trees situated on your land will enable you to be able to address any potential hazards and manage your trees ensuring so that that you are complying with your duty of care.

During the inspection we gather information on each tree, including the species, location, height, size, life size along with the physiological and structural condition of the tree. Where any mitigation works are required for any tree this will detailed along with a time scale in which the works need to be completed.

 

As well as the survey will provide you with an overview of the trees present on your site and their condition.
